Do You have any preferred Interior architectural Style(s)?

Are there natural lighting considerations that you would like to specifically incorporate (morning sun in the kitchen or master bedroom, evening light on the deck etc.)?

Are there important room locations and types (office at the front separate from family space open concept kitchen and family room formal parlor etc.)?

Are there noise reduction considerations that should be incorporated (around a media room office meditation space etc.)?

Is cooking and gathering enjoyed in the Kitchen? Is it an essential part of the daily activities, or is it a less frequently used space? How many people might be using the kitchen at the same time?

Is entertaining a significant part of life activities? What is the size of gathering would be best to accommodate?

Do you have guests or family that may visit? Will be long term stays need to be accommodated?

Are there any physical limitation or other special needs to be incorporated into the design (wheel chair accessible spaces, elevators etc)

Are there preferred minimum ceiling heights in specific locations?

Are there features or problems where you currently live that you would like to make sure are addressed?

Are there specific activities that need to be considered? (Work from home, Home Schooling, Religious Spaces, Pets etc)

Are there a particular group of colors that attract you

Are there preferred TV locations? Is it preferred if it is exposed to disguised?

Are there any specific pieces of furniture or equipment that needs to accommodated? Please provide overall dimensions and locations. (ie golf simulator, over height vehicle, specific sofa etc)

Do you plan to include fireplaces? What type (wood burning gas etc) Which Room (family room master bedroom etc)
